Returns Policy for Elev Digital Products
At Elev, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products. As digital goods are intangible and cannot be physically returned, our refund and exchange policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees
Under ACL, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product does not meet consumer guarantees. These guarantees apply if the digital product:
- Is not as described or does not match its advertised features.
- Is defective or fails to function as intended.
- Is not fit for purpose as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:
- The product is faulty or corrupted, preventing proper use.
- The product was purchased in error, and the request is made within a reasonable timeframe.
- The product was not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
- The consumer changes their mind after purchase.
- The product was downloaded and used without any technical faults.
- The issue arises due to incompatibility with the consumer’s device, unless the compatibility requirements were misrepresented.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support at support@elev.com.au with:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Screenshots or error messages (if applicable).
We aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days.
Exceptions & Additional Terms
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- If a refund is granted, access to the digital product may be revoked.
- We comply with ACCC guidelines and ensure fair resolution of disputes.
